Growing up, I always loved two things: writing and pop culture. When I got to Western Kentucky University, I learned I can merge those two passions into a career. I am currently a junior at WKU double majoring in journalism and popular culture studies and minoring in digital advertising.I joined the College Heights Herald as a features reporter in Fall of 2018. I held that position for a year when I got the job as the newsletter editor, which is what I do now. This summer, I will be interning at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch as a digital content intern. I am excited to be writing for HerCampus this semester!
