I am a political communications major with a minor in marketing at Emerson College and am currently in my first year. At Emerson, I am a stylist for Index Magazine which is a part of the Emerson Fashion Society. As a stylist, I was able to work creatively with my directors and photographers to create jaw dropping scenes. Seeing my work as a stylist in a magazine brought me so much joy and helped me ignite my passion for fashion and marketing. I am also the BTS Photographer for Emerson Channel which produces all of our T.V. Shows. Along with Photography, I have also done pieces for the Berkeley Beacon which is our school Newspaper and Magazine. These have improved my professional communication skills, organization, and have ignited more of a passion for different kinds of the arts. All of these new activities and skills have stemmed from what I learned and did in High School. Whether that be leading and entertaining a group of young students around the San Francisco Zoo and teaching them about important environmental topics, or teaching martial arts and prevalent life skills for students ages 4+, I have learned so much. Such as, leadership & teamwork, public speaking & communication, time management & organization, adaptability, performance (Theater & Music). As an extremely passionate and dedicated person, I strive to grow and challenge myself every day and am committed to everything that I do.
