Elia Rashaed is a sophomore at Howard University majoring in Business Marketing. She is a part of the Her Campus at Howard Marketing Team, where she contributes her creativity and passion for branding and community building. Elia is also the founder of LeadsTheBrand, a platform centered on leadership, empowerment, and personal growth.
