Efat served as President of the Her Campus chapter at St. John's University. She majored in Biology on a pre-med track, guiding her passion for writing socially conscious pieces and cultivating a creatively empowering environment. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, volunteering with local women shelters, ranking dumpling spots, and dissecting Halloween movies with the Her Campus team.
