I, Eeksha Masand, am a student at Krea University, pursuing a double major in Biology and Psychology. Alongside my academics, I serve as the Head of Outreach for Her Campus at Krea, a role that allows me to combine my passion for leadership, community engagement, and social impact. I’m particularly focused on organizing inclusive and meaningful events, and I enjoy collaborating with foundations and organizations to raise awareness on a wide range of important topics, from mental health and gender equality to sustainability and student wellness.
My goal is to help create an environment on campus where everyone feels welcome, heard, and free to express their authentic selves. Although I was not an active member of Her Campus in the past year, I was able to attend many of their events and experienced the sense of community and belonging, which left a lasting impression. Now, I’m excited to pass that forward and help others feel just as included as I did.
Outside of Her Campus and academics, I am passionate about sports and music. I play football and find it a great way to stay active and build team spirit. I also play the piano, which remains one of my favorite creative outlets.
