Eden Cohen is a fourth-year Neuroscience major and Philosophy minor at Dalhousie University. Her academic interests bridge science and the humanities, focusing on the intersections between cognition, ethics, and mental health. As a Research Assistant in the MAAC Lab, she conducts qualitative interviews and data analysis for projects exploring gambling and anxiety disorders. In summer 2024, she joined the Mabbott Lab at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, where she designed and presented an independent research project on executive and social outcomes in pediatric brain tumor survivors.
After undergrad, Eden plans to attend law school and took her LSAT last summer. She is passionate about out community engagement and mentorship, and works as an editor at HerCampus Dalhousie. Outside of academics, Eden enjoys fashion, thrifting, opinion writing, and exploring local cafés wherever she goes.
