Hi my name is Chloe La Rochelle and I am currently a freshman at College of the Holy Cross! I am originally from Portland, Oregon, where I graduated from Saint Mary's Academy, an all girls, private institution.
In high school I was an avid volunteer at local food pantries and served as a volunteer connect between my high school and Northeast Emergency Food Program. Through this program I was able to help organize a Portland chapter for the Crop Walk for Hunger, in which I was recruited to represent the youth demographic for this nationwide event. Additionally, I was a member of Post58, a Portland youth-group that involved learning outdoor skills, environmental stewardship, as well as honed my leadership skills on backpacking and rock climbing trips.
In my free time I love spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends, going on adventures, traveling, doing yoga, and listening to good music. I am so excited to become involved in Her Campus, and can't wait to see where this year takes me!
