Cassie Hartmann is a writer at the Her Campus Carleton chapter. She enjoys writing about fashion, film, and music, and is passionate about proving that Ottawa is not a boring city.
Cassie was the executive editor of the John McCrae S.S. student newspaper from 2022-23 and is a volunteer writer for Carleton University’s Charlatan. As a first year student completing a combined honours in Journalism and Film Studies, Cassie plans to eventually pursue a career in documentary filmmaking.
If she isn’t on campus or at work, Cassie is probably practicing with her band, second-hand shopping, or watching a movie at the Mayfair.
