I am a sophomore Advertising and Marketing Communications (AMC) major at the Fashion Institute of Technology with a strong passion for journalism and advertising. I am especially interested in how storytelling and branding influence audiences and shape public perception. In the future, I hope to pursue a career in journalism where I can combine my love for writing.
Outside of school, I currently work as a receptionist at a hair salon in the West Village. This role has strengthened my communication and organizational skills while allowing me to interact with a wide range of clients. Meeting and talking to new people is something I enjoy, and it has helped me grow more confident in professional settings.
In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing because they allow me to express creativity and stay informed about topics that interest me. I also love spending time with friends, exploring New York City, and going shopping, especially when discovering new trends and styles. These interests inspire my academic and career goals by keeping me connected to media, culture, and evolving consumer interests today.
