Berika Bodur

Berika Bodur is a Psychology student at NYU who splits her time between psychology labs, coffee shops, and long walks with her headphones in. She’s currently working at research labs that focus on child development and mental health, where she gets to explore how early experiences shape who we become. She's obsessed with understanding the "why" behind human behavior. After school, Berika wants to pursue a career in law that intersects with mental health.
Most days, you’ll catch her on a hot girl walk through the West Village, iced coffee from Blank Street in hand, overthinking something she read in class or plotting the next piece she wants to write. She’s a big fan of reading fiction that hurts in the best way and rewatching Sex and the City for the millionth time (She is a Charlotte girl).
For Berika, writing is where everything clicks. Whether she’s unpacking attachment theory or ranting about modern girlhood, she’s just trying to make sense of it all.One story at a time.
