Bati is a first-year student at George Washington University majoring in Public Health on the pre-med track. Originally from Damascus, Syria, she currently lives in Northern Virginia.
Outside of class, Bati likes playing guitar, art, and spending time at Peet’s Coffee. She also serves as a freshman representative for the Pre-Physician Associate Society. In her free time, you can either find her in the microbiology lab studying germs or sketching with charcoal at Maman.
On Her Campus, Bati enjoys sharing stories about life on campus and topics that matter to students. She likes writing in a way that feels real and relatable and finding ways to connect her interests in student life and health through her work
