Hi! my name is Ava MacDowell and I am an International Affairs and Political Science student at the University of New Hampshire! I am going into my final year at UNH and I hope to make this year my best one yet! I am originally from Rockport, MA, and some things that I love to do are spending time at the beach, especially with a good book, finding fun new places to explore and go to coffee shops and walk around, and I love finding cool hidden spots to go hiking or taking a trail walk with my friends.
I first joined my schools HerCampus chapter as a way to meet more people and to discover a brand new community of people at UNH. I really loved the community I met at my first few meetings, and now for my junior year I will be on our Executive Board as the Event Planner! I am so excited to enter this new role and I am ready to help more members find our community and fall in love with the organization the way I did!
