Ariel Cole is a student at Hampton University, where she is involved in student leadership and media. She is an active member of the Student Government Association and serves as the Corresponding Secretary for the Hampton University chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ). Through these roles, she helps connect students with professional opportunities and supports campus communication efforts.
Ariel is also part of WHOV-TV, Hampton’s student-led newscast show. Working with the production team allows her to develop her skills in writing, editing, and storytelling. She enjoys being part of a space where students can share campus news and practice the craft of journalism in a hands-on environment.
Outside of school and media, Ariel enjoys creating content, editing videos, and growing in her faith. She hopes to continue using her voice to tell stories that inform and inspire others while representing Hampton University and her community with pride.
