I, Arianna Savino, am an extremely driven Syracuse University student looking to pursue a career in media relations. In 2023, I graduated from Roslyn High School, located in Long Island, New York. Since my college career began, I have upheld a diverse range of extracurriculars and leadership positions.
I was previously Head Writer for DelSol magazine, where I am now President. This position consists of several responsibilities such a public relation/social media duties, writing and editing articles, planning and executing photoshoots, and accepting new applicants. I am Diversity Chair of Alpha Epsilon Phi, a member in Women in Communications and The Women's Network, a University Girl writer, and a Volunteer for Syracuse City School District.
Currently, I am a public relations intern for the New York City Police Department. Within my internship, I have gained valuable experience in media relations, crisis communication, and content creation. I shadowed numerous press conferences, edited press releases and speeches, attended meetings for the "Spring3100" Magazine, and graphic designed posts for the NYPD's social media.
My experience in the work field, on and off campus, has provided me with sincere virtues. These qualities include: discipline, responsibility, and loyalty. I hold a profound passion for my work and always aspire to engage in new challenges.
