Anushka is a member of the Marketing and Outreach Team at the Her Campus at Boston University chapter, where she helps promote creative initiatives and foster a diverse, enthusiastic community on campus. She works to increase engagement, connect with students from across the globe, and spotlight the voices of BU’s vibrant student body.
Beyond her work at Her Campus, Anushka is currently exploring different academic paths and is undecided on a major. She is particularly interested in Psychology, Neuroscience and Economics, and is eager to understand how human behavior and decision-making intersect with the broader economic world. She has already begun developing these interests through shadowing experiences with psychologists and other medical professionals, as well as completing a mini research paper in high school analyzing various MRI scans and their significance in behavioral studies.
In her free time, Anushka enjoys traveling, exploring new places and finding unique things to do, and reading. Her favorite travel destination is Italy! She also has a long-time love for horse riding, which she practiced regularly a few years ago. When relaxing, Anushka loves binging movies and spending time with friends, may it be having a cozy night in or fun night out.
