Hello! My name is Anastasia Helms, and I am an undergraduate student at Texas Christian University, where I am majoring in Nursing and minoring in Spanish for Health Professions. I am extremely excited and humbled to be studying Nursing at TCU, as TCU has the highest ranking Nursing program in Texas. I am passionate about medicine, women's health, and advocacy, and I am focusing on a career path that allows me to incorporate these elements into my daily work life in the future, and I think that Nursing is perfect for that. At TCU, I am currently involved in the Student Government Association, in which I have served as a Class of 2023 Representative, Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences Representative, Interim Chief of Staff, and Student Outreach Committee Leader. Further, I am a member of both the Student Nurses Association and Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. I am thrilled to be one of the Campus Correspondents for Her Campus at TCU, and I cannot wait to see where this organization takes us! HCXO!
