Amanda Batiz is a member of the Social Media Team at the Her Campus at UPRM chapter. She helps manage digital content and creative strategy for the chapter’s platforms, ensuring posts reflect the community’s voice and engage readers with creative, relatable, and engaging content.
Beyond Her Campus, Amanda is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Project Management at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. She has hands-on experience in project planning, construction, and writing technical reports, blending her engineering background with strong leadership and organizational skills.
In her free time, Amanda loves connecting with nature by going on hikes and spending time at the beach. She enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes, and she’s a huge anime fan (currently hooked on One Piece). Amanda also creates content for her wellness and disability lifestyle platform, where she shares resources and builds community. Outside of school and content creation, she enjoys collecting plushies, spending quality time with her sister, and cuddling with her two cats, Naru and Fiona.
