Alanna Davis

Hello! My name is Alanna and I am a student enrolled in UVA's School of Nursing. I am from Fairfax, Virginia and I enjoy reading, running, watching films, listening to music, and endlessly scrolling Pinterest.
My favorite directors include Greta Gerwig, Sofia Coppola, and David Lynch. My favorite films are Little Women (2019), Edward Scissorhands, Coraline, Bones and All, and Lady Bird. I am always going to the movie theater, and I enjoy a variety of film types. However, I tend to watch a lot of horror films lately.
A fun fact about me is that I love to travel and that I used to live in England, near London. My family currently still lives in England and I always enjoy visiting them. Besides Paris, London is simply my favorite city!
Additionally, in my free time, I enjoy journaling and scrapbooking. To maintain consistency, I try to journal every day. These activities are valuable to me as they solidify important events in my life on a piece of paper. Memory is imperfect, and this way, I can look back on moments that were special to me. I am also always taking photos and videos, and I love to express my creativity with these photos and videos through social media.
