Addison Mawyer is a first year student at the University of Virginia with the intention to major in Psychology. She is a chapter member of Her Campus at UVA.
Outside of Her Campus, Addison is a nationally published essayist for the School Administrator Magazine. She also has a Ted Talk titled "The Case for Curiosity" where she advocates for curiosity in place of judgement.
In her free time, Addison enjoys reading, watching films and television, dabbling in dance, attending concerts, and art of any form. Currently, Addison's favorites books include Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo and The Atlas Six by Olivie Blake. Her favorite film is Dead Poets Society, and she has an inclination for TV Shows based on books.
