Aanya Balwalli is a business administration major at the University at Buffalo's School of Management. She is taking a nonprofit management minor and plans to work in marketing or advertising.
In her free time Aanya likes to play lacrosse, go rock climbing, or have dinner with her friends. She loves traveling and taking pictures in the beautiful places she visits with her family. She is writing for Her Campus to explore her personal style as a creative writer/journalist. She hopes that her articles will give someone a reason to smile today!
Guided by her desire to help people, Aanya has always cared about environmental issues, women's issues, and social justice. From a young age she was present in the community and at protests as a voice for those who need help. She is ready and excited to work with all these amazing women!
