The Short Guided Meditation Tracks I Listen To On Repeat

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Lasell chapter.

I cannot meditate without someone talking me through it. My brain wanders off and I get restless. Luckily, the internet allows me to access an endless array of guided meditation tracks. I find my sweet spot is 15-20 minutes. This allows me to relax, but it isn’t too long where I’ll get bored. Over the years, I’ve collected a few that I would highly recommend to anyone from beginner to veteran meditators.

Guided Sleep Meditation: The Haven of Peace by The Honest Guys

I know it sounds ridiculous but I’m an Honest Guys stan. They created the first tracks that I was truly able to deeply meditate to. This track is great because of how short but impactful it is. I use it to fall asleep all the time. I also love The Honest Guys because all of their tracks are on Spotify as well!

Guided Bed Meditation For Stress Relief by Candace Cabrera

If you watch yoga tutorials on YouTube, you may have come across Candace Cabrera. As well as making great yoga videos, she also produces some amazing guided meditation tracks. I love this one as it’s specifically for bed, which is the only place I meditate. She keeps it short, but you’ll absolutely feel nice and relaxed.

Guided Meditation Before Sleep: Let Go of The Day by Scott Ste Marie

This guided meditation is great if you struggle with anxiety or depression, or have just had a terrible day. The narrator gives amazing affirmations that don’t feel overly positive. It allows you to simply let go of your day and move on.

No matter what meditation track you decide to try, don’t be afraid to keep trying out new ones until you find one (or a few!) that work for you.
