Reacting to My Co Star

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Scranton chapter.

The app Co Star allows you to see your birth chart as well as daily updates in multiple categories, such as self, sex and love, and spirituality. Since downloading the app over a year ago, I have not actually gone through my chart and analyzed how well it matches up with me. Let’s see how accurate my Co-Star really is.

Sun in Aquarius

According to Co Star, my sun being in Aquarius means I am fundamentally unconventional and anti. This is somewhat true. In terms of my interests, I am pretty basic and don’t stray from the norm. I love Starbucks, shopping, and spend way too much time on TikTok, which I would say is pretty typical for someone my age. Personality-wise, I would consider myself to be unconventional.

Moon in Libra

While reading the description, I was surprised at how inaccurate it was in relation to myself. Descriptions such as, “emotional self is balanced,” “desperate to please,” and “a little self-obsessed” are not ways I would describe myself.

Ascendant in Virgo

Of the big three, I think this one is the most accurate. My co-star says I come across as peace-seeking and organized. It also says I seem a bit too attached to work. Seeing as I am writing this after sitting in the library for five hours doing work, that is probably an accurate statement (lol).

Overall, I wouldn’t say that Co-star is the most accurate thing ever, but it is fun to scroll through the daily updates and see if they matched my day.
