Don’t get me wrong, I am not a Glossier connoisseur and definitely cannot call myself an expert on their products. They are known for their “makeup-less makeup” aesthetic, which is not something I usually go for. When first dabbling in Glossier’s makeup line, I honestly expected to be disappointed seeing as I usually reach for more full-coverage makeup. I decided to give a few of their products a shot, and let me tell you, I will never go back. Today is the day I have decided to no longer gatekeep the things that have quite literally changed my life. I am not kidding when I tell you that these items have gotten me stopped on the street by people asking “what are you wearing???”. Get ready to open your hearts, as well as your wallets, because these products are going to be everywhere before you know it.
Glossier Cloud Paint is a gift from the gods – I kid you not. It is literal magic. This cream blush will leave you with a natural and seamlessly blended flush of color that is nothing short of beautiful. Truly, it will look like your skin naturally glows. I have been asked by many of my friends what blush I am wearing, and it hurts to share my secret with them, but I cannot help myself from sharing. It’s just too good! If you are looking for a good starter product with Glossier, I very highly recommend this one. The colors that I have found to best suit my light skin have been Puff and Beam, but they offer a range of many different shades that suit all different skin tones!
We all have that one friend with the most naturally gorgeous eyelashes that we can’t help but be jealous of. Well, if you’re reading this and you just so happen to be the jealous friend, today is your lucky day! All of you are perfect just the way you are, but I know that if you’re like me, you sometimes want to find ways to enhance the features you already have, and this mascara does exactly that. It will leave your lashes looking like… lashes! It separates each individual lash and lengthens them without one bit of clumping. People will think they’re natural, I’m telling you. Trust me! I promise you won’t regret it.
Now, this one pains me to share. Never in my 21 years of life have I gotten more compliments on perfume than I have with this one. When I tell you I get stopped every single time I wear this, I am not exaggerating in the slightest. I don’t even know how to describe the smell besides captivating. Glossier has described it as “soft, warm, familiar” which is such a perfect way of putting this scent into words. They even offer a solid form of this perfume with a consistency similar to lip balm, which is something rarer to see in today’s world. You can rub the solid perfume anywhere on you, and the scent will linger all day long. Honestly, I wouldn’t even be upset if you didn’t buy this. I would love to keep this secret all to myself. But here I am today, sharing it with you all because I love you, and I know that once you purchase this perfume, you will never find another one quite as good.
