Wedding bells are ringing for this hot newly engaged couple! On Sunday, October 17th, Blink-182 drummer and rockstar Travis Barker proposed to the eldest Kardashian sister, and creator of Poosh, at a beachside hotel in Montecito, California at sunset. Beside them was an array of red roses and candles as well as family and close friends. It has been described by friends as being exactly what Kourtney dreamed and something she saw coming that night.
Kourtney announced the engagement on social media through an Instagram post featuring two images from the proposal with the caption “forever @travisbarker.” Travis also posted a photo the following day. It appeared that the event was filmed and sources are assuming it’s for the new Hulu show, yet nothing has been confirmed.
This announcement may come across as a surprise considering the pair have only been together since the start of 2021, however, Kourtney and Travis have been friends and neighbors for years. Based on paparazzi photos and previous posts displaying PDA, there is no doubt in our minds that the two are completely over the moon in love!
After the engagement took place, both families united for dinner—it truly was the perfect evening. Travis’ son, Landon Barker, captured the moment on his TikTok, through a video of the couple cuddling up with the caption “So happy for me and my new family!” This engagement is Kourtney’s first, and we are so happy to see her walking down the aisle on this special day! We can’t wait to see when this wedding happens, and there are already numerous rumours about the date as well as ones surrounding pregnancy.
