Crazy busy?!? Have no fear!

Hello everyone! I hope your week is going well :).  I just finished taking my two BIG exams for the week so I am one HAPPY (and exhausted!) girl. That said, I’m going to make this post short & sweet!

So I have had quite a few people asking me what to do for exercise if you have ZERO time to workout?? Excellent question. Here’s my advice: (& no, it doesn’t involve doing a jump off a rock in a punching pose in a field…I just thought the pic was cool..but hey! If you want to do that, that’s cool too!)

  1.  Try your best to allot time during your “less hectic” days throughout the week to exercise. Write it down in your planner & push yourself to follow through with it! I know that college can be crazy busy, but only YOU can make the decision to make time. You can do it ladies!!
  2. In between classes/meetings/whatever else you’re doing, do a bit of conditioning. My “slimdown” workout from my last post only takes 20 minutes (and you can even do less if you need to!), so it’s easy to fit it in somewhere. If you don’t have the time to devote to a hour long cardio/conditioning workout, just do the conditioning. Any physical activity is better than no physical activity!
  3. Take the long route to class. Instead of arriving early and sitting and waiting for class to start, take your time and walk a little extra. Burn some extra cals & enjoy the weather while you’re at it.
  4. Have absolutely NO time to exercise? Watch what you eat a little bit more! Watch what you eat during your busy week & exercise on the weekend. You’re set.

Any recommendations you are keen on? Let me know what works for you!

Ps. Like what you see in the picture? New Balance HOT PINK (loooooove them) track shorts & black/hot pink razorback (mmhmm very cute & flattering as well).

Work work work,
