It’s time to lose the “Freshman 15”! What are you waiting for?

Are you still packing on the pounds from late-night snacking, homesick-induced overeating, and general overindulgence during your freshman year?  Have you pretty much given up on trying to lose that “freshman 15”?  You’re not alone.

If you’re like me, then you spent your winter break loafing on your couch scarfing down leftover Christmas cookies and watching reruns of Jersey Shore.  But now, its time to get up off your lazy butt and get active, because we only have two and a half months until bikini season!
