Spring is in the air! Unfortunately that doesn’t stop this New Jersey weather from being totally unpredictable. But whether you’ve spent the day basking in the sun with your textbooks by your side or looking helplessly out your dorm window at the torrential rain, a trip to the movies may be the perfect way to end the day. Her Campus is here to fill you in on two movies worth seeing!

While diehard Johnny Depp fans may be disappointed that they can’t see his beautiful face in the animated film Rango, this movie is worth every penny. Children and adults will appreciate this adorable flick about a pet chameleon going through an identity crisis … that’s right, a chameleon with an identity crisis.

The sharp wit in this movie makes it a fantastic comedy for adults (especially those with a dry sense of humor), but it is still entertaining and appropriate for a younger audience. Although the plot may be relatively predictable, this movie is filled with enough surprises and tangents to keep viewers engaged and smiling.

Those of you who loved Inception, will most likely enjoy The Adjustment Bureau. Starring Matt Damon, it was released in early March.

One collegiette says, “I got the same vibe from both movies… they were thrillers that seemed like they were happening in a different, sort of secret world.”

The movie is based on the short science fiction story “Adjustment Team” by Philip K. Dick.

The Adjustment Bureau tells the tale of a young and incredibly attractive politician (Matt Damon) who falls in love with a ballerina (Emily Blunt), in spite of a path that has already been determined for him. Who knew that fighting fate means that a bunch of armed men are going to chase you through the streets of New York?
