Campus Correspondent- Amanda Pretulac


Amanda Pretulac is currently the Entertainment Editor for The Crow’s Nest, is the Campus Correspondent for the USFSP branch of the online women’s magazine, HerCampus.com. She is currently a junior at the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature. She is 2010 graduate of Hillsborough Community College where she majored in Business Administration. Her favorite things include watching Barefoot Contessa re-runs, taking ballet classes, peonies, Laura Mercier concealer, and grabbing dessert with her best friend, Katie. After graduation, Amanda plans on pursing a career as a fashion editor.

 

Beauty Editor- Taylor Gaudens

Taylor is a senior at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, majoring in Mass Communications
with a concentration in journalism and media studies, and minoring in Spanish and Latino studies.
Taylor is a hairstylist at a local salon, a contributor to The Crow’s Nest and an intern in the Marketing
and Community Relations department at All Children’s Hospital. Aside from school projects and learning
the latest beauty (and fashion) industry trends and techniques, she enjoys blogging, shopping, spending
time at the beach, reading magazines, watching HGTV and hanging out with her younger sisters.

Entertainment Editor- Nicole Miller

I’m a senior at USFSP, I’ll be graduating in May with a BA in Mass Communications and a mior in Psychology. I’m an introvert to the extreme, and would much rather spend time with HBO On Demand than be forced into awkward social situations at bars. I’m the type of person who would rather sit and watch it all happen… and then probably write about it. Writing is my passion because I think it’s powerful how one person can make an audience see something through their eyes with their words. And writing to entertain as well as inform? I’m all over it.

I enjoy writing about music, movies, shows and sports, but my passion lies for photography. I love USF St. Petersburg for its amazing campus next to the water. I am majoring in Media Studies and Journalism with a minor in Leadership studies. Being involved on campus has been a huge passion of mine and I love to get students involved to give back to the community. I am also in Student Government so send me an e-mail anytime.
