It’s no secret to those who know me that I’ve never been a big fan of jewelry. While I have a very small collection of silver necklaces and rings that I’ll wear on an everyday basis, I don’t really spend too much time or money building a jewelry box filled with cocktail rings, bracelets, earrings, etc. I’ve always been REALLY picky when it comes to my accessories– gold never looks right with my skin tone, dangly bracelets annoy me, and I never wear earrings. But lately, I’ve decided that there is just one thing I have to add to my small jewelry stash: a watch. But not just any watch, I want the perfect watch.
The problem is, I don’t know what the “perfect” watch really is in my world. With watches being one of those accessories that is sort of always in style because it never really goes out of style, I can’t decide what kind of watch is right for me. Should I go with a classic solid colored leather band or a more menswear look? Then again, I’ve been fascinated by all of the brightly colored time pieces that I’ve seen celebs rocking lately.
