If you are an incoming freshman or someone who has always wanted to explore Greek Life but never new how then keep reading. Sorority formal recruitment gives each woman an opportunity to meet the 7 sororities here on campus and figure out which sorority is the best fit. Formal recruitment prides themselves on the diversity of each sorority since it is that which makes Greek Life such a community on this campus. It’s never too late to join a sorority; no matter what year you are in your college career. Attending one of the meetings gives you the chance to see if Greek Life is for you and, if so, what your next step should be.
Joining a sorority is joining an organization on this campus known for their academic excellence, school pride, and service to the University of Maine and formal recruitment. Recruitment starts Tuesday at 4:30pm and is every day for the entire week at the time.
