Wear Nice Clothing

This isn’t a business meeting, but you are trying to make a good first impression. Jeans, a nice pair of heels and a cute shirt can always boost your confidence and help show that you care.

 Talk Talk Talk

You’re there to get to know the girls in each sorority and to market yourself as an asset to the house. If you don’t talk, no one will get to know you! Each girl is there to hear what you have to say and to find connections with you, so this is not the time be shy ladies. Oh, and ask questions too!

 Play it Natural

Overdoing it can sometimes be a turn off to other girls, so be who you really are! If you are too hyper or acting fake people will notice. Each girl in the house wants to talk to you as a potential sister, so show the girls how great you are!

 Don’t Take Recruitment Personally

You are 1 out of 400. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and the house that you end up in will honestly be the house for you!

 Have Fun!

This is literally a week of your time where you get to meet people and just chat about yourself! Take advantage of this time during rush week and embrace it: dress up, check out all the houses and what they have to offer, gain some insight into how others see Pitt, and just have a blast!
