Volunteers Remember 9/11

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Fordham chapter.

Fordham students participated in Service & Justice Day and volunteered on Saturday, September 10. The day is set aside for Americans to volunteer in rememberance of those lost in the September 11th terrorist attacks.

Through the Dorothy Day Center of Service and Justice, many students as well as Fordham faculty members participated in local communiy gardens in the Bronx. Activities including brush clearing, gardening, weeding and painting.

Thanks to all the Rams who participated in this wonderful event!
