With Summer over it’s time to put away those neon pink, blue and green polishes and pull out the fall colors. Not sure what fall colors are in this season? Not to worry, HC Towson Campus has you covered with some great colors and brands that wont break the bank!

Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear Red Carpet

This is a true red polish with beautiful red glitter fleck’s throughout. The flecks shows up beautifully on your nails and add a little bit of texture and dimension to them. $3 at most drugstores.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Nail Polish Rags to Riches

This is a great green shimmer and metallic polish. The green is forest green and is perfect for when the leaves start changing colors! $4 at most drugstores.

Essie Power Clutch

This is a medium gray polish with a cream finish, which means it is glitter free and leaves the nails looking very chic. This is a great color for someone who needs to have a bit more of a professional look in the daily lives and doesn’t want to have a bunch of sparkle in their polish. $8 at most drugstores, Ulta, and Sephora.

China Glaze Crackle Cracked Medallion

This polish is a metallic bronze crackle polish. These polishes became very popular with OPI’s shattered polishes, but the China glaze work just as well for half the price. This color is a great color for fall and can be put overtop of many different colors throughout the season. $5 at Sally beauty supply.

Zoya Nimue

This purple polish has blue and mauve tones and has a metallic finish. This is a great purple color for fall since it has dark tones but is still fun. $8 at www.zoya.com and at Ulta stores.

Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Gunmetal

This smoky charcoal color is beautiful. It also has a slight blue undertone which makes it much more interesting than a flat grey. Great to use if you want a dark color but don’t want black. $3 at most drugstores.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Nail Polish Hot Cocoa

In the fall a staple brown in your collection is a must. This brown is perfect, not to dark and not to pale, this color works for all skin tones. This polish dries to a cream finish. $4 at most drugstores.

Revlon Top Speed Fast Dry Nail Enamel Chili

This is an orange/red polish that is very bright and has more red to it than orange. This polish is great for those who don’t want to fully put away their brighter colors but still want to transition into fall. This polish dries to a cream finish. $7 at most drugstores.

NYC Long Wearing Nail Enamel in Skin Tight Denim

This is a great royal blue shade. It leaves a cream finish, so no glitter or shimmer. This is a great color to wear instead of black if you want a dark polish, and will go with almost anything you wear since it is such a basic dark color. $1 at most drugstores.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Nail Polish, Guilty Pleasure

This is a shimmery gold. It gives a very nice shine when the light hits it, and adds just a little more sparkle to a look. However, it is still a color that can be worn if you need to be professional, and doesn’t look childish. Another great thing is that all of the complete manicure polishes are intended to be everything you need all in one, so no need for a base and top coat! $7 at most drugstores.
