This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Towson chapter and does not reflect the views of Her Campus.

Have you been wondering who writes, edits, and comes up with the ideas for all the articles you’ve been reading on Her Campus? Do you want to know who has been planning the fabulous events we have coming up, like the Hair Tinsel Extravaganza? Well here is your chance to learn more about us!

Alexandra aka, Ali, Pannoni-Founder, President, and  Editor-in-Chief

I started Her Campus Towson in January of 2011. I’m currently a junior and a mass communication major on the journalism track with theatre minor. I started HCTU because I saw the need for an outlet where Towson girls could gain experience writing articles for an online magazine. I also felt that the girls of Towson needed a place where they could find information about being a girl at Towson! I strive to make Her Campus a place for EVERY girl at Towson!

Emily Greene-Vice President, Love & Relationships Section Editor, Columnist

Emily is a junior at Towson majoring in english with a concentration in writing and has a political science minor. Emily has been a member from the beginning and strives to increase HC’s presence on campus. She thinks that Her Campus is an amazing opportunity for young writers to have their work published on a national website. Emily also works on publicity and advertising campaigns.

Charlotte Cameron-Treasurer

Who says that girls can’t manage money? Charlotte is out there to break the stereotype  that says girls who are into business and computers have to be nerdy. Charlotte is a junior majoring in business administration and information technology. She is also a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. Charlotte manages all the money of Her Campus so we can have all the fun events our readers enjoy!

Jillian Block-Secretary, Contributing Writer

Jillian is a junior majoring in psychology. She is takes the notes and writes emails so Her Campus can run smoothly and grow even bigger! She loves that Her Campus allows girls to find info that is interesting to them!

Christine Long-Art Editor, Photoblog Editor, Contributing Writer

Christine is a junior majoring in art education. She also has a fabulous twin sister, Caitlin, who is our cutie editor. She absolutely loves J.Crew and snapping the beautiful photos you see on the site. Her Campus has given her the opportunity to explore photography and magazine writing-something she might not have done otherwise.

Caitlin Long-Campus Cutie Editor

Cailtin is a junior majoring in family studies. She scouts the campus for the cutest boy toys for us to look at when we are not doing our homework and procrastinating! She was also instrumental in starting the hair tinsel craze that has taken over Towson! If you have a cutie you’d like to see on the site, send them Caitlin’s way!

Eva Niessner-Arts & Entertainment Editor, Feature Writer

Eva is a sophomore majoring in mass communication on the journalism track with a minor in German. She also writes for the Towerlight and blogs for the Art History club. She loves talking about pop culture and is the Bargain Huntress! Look out for her adorably witty articles and fun sense of humor!

We’ll be posting more about our other staff members throughout the semester, so check back for more information on us! We can’t wait to expose the best about Towson and learn about our readers!
