Well, sometimes those crazy gossip rags do get it right! Jessica Simpson has confirmed she’s pregnant in a recent tweet after heavy speculation the past couple weeks.
The pop singer tweeted “It’s True! I am going to be a mummy!” on Monday, along with a picture of her cradling her baby bump and dressed up as a mummy for Halloween. Simpson is engaged to football player Eric Johnson and has expressed wanting to start a family with him in the past.
“I definitely see myself having a family with him, so that’s exciting to think about,” she said of her fiance.
This news comes after numerous pictures of Simpson looking with child were published, particularly a shot of her in a tight black tee over her belly.
