17-year-old Justin Bieber got a scary suprise this Halloween and we aren’t talking trick-or-treater pranks. This week Star Magazine released the first ever photos of Justin Beiber’s alleged 3-month-old son. Star reports that Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, born on Juy 6th to Mariah Yeater, is in fact Bieber’s child.
Mariah Yeater filed a paternity lawsuit against Bieber on October 31st, claiming that the teenager popstar alledgedly requested she provide him with sexual favors backstage at one of his L.A shows.  Before appearing in Star Magazine, Yeater signed a affidavit before a California court claiming that Bieber is the father of her child.

Although most teenage girls dream of being Bieber’s one and only, Yeater claims that after the bright lights and cameras were gone, the teenage dream turned into a nightmare. Yeater told RadarOnline.com that Justin led her into a bathroom and refused to use protection, saying that “in his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.” Despite Bieber’s reps’ claims that the teenage superstar didn’t have the time to be alone at the time Yeater claimed their son was concieved, Yeater is sticking to her story. She told a California judge that “on July 6th I gave birth to a baby boy…that was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby. When I realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby, I tried to contact him…but no one ever called me back.” She also told the court that “the sexual intercourse itself was brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds.” According to Radar, the court has set the hearing date for December 15th.

What do you think collegiettes™? Is the Beibs capable of fathering a child or is this a major publicity stunt?
