Mamaduo started off by informing me about the negative and scary reality on cosmetics. She said that the FDA has not changed regulations on cosmetics since the 1930’s. Many of the chemicals that are in cosmetics are extremely harmful to our skin as well as bodies.
NYR Organic’s goal is to create healthy and effective cosmetics for women around the world. Their mission statement says they work, “To improve the quality of people’s lives by sharing our expertise and encouraging a more natural, holistic way of health, beauty, and well-being.”
In their products, which are all organic, they use potent herds, oils and extracts. They stress that their products have no GMOs, synthetic fragrances, silicones, parabens, or phthalates.
