Are paillettes the latest trend in holiday dresses? It would appear so!
 
Starlet Lauren Conrad was wearing a gorgeous cream cocktail dress with large paillettes for the 2nd annual Autumn Party at The London Hotel.
 
Other celebrities, including Katy Perry and Paris Hilton, have been spotted rocking similar looks.
 
If you’re looking for something new and festive this holiday season, paillettes are a unique way to update the popular sequined look. Just be careful when wearing a paillette frock, since the discs can easily catch on other materials!
