For this second video in our three-part holiday series, we have created a beautiful blue and silver smoky eye for the winter season. This look is great for Hanukkah, or just for anyone who wants to show off their holiday spirit! The main product used in this look is the Covergirl Smoky ShadowBlast in the shade Tempest Blue (825). These duo color cream shadows are so convenient together and come in a great selection of colors.  Enjoy!
