Val Recipe of the Week: The Breakfast Muffin Sandwich

Breakfast is known for being by far the best meal that Val serves.
 Eggs and bacon are pretty hard to mess up!  Here’s one way to make use of the delicious breakfast ingredients made available to us by our beloved Val staff.
 
You’ll need:

  • Eggs (scrambled will do although fried eggs are more easily contained by the muffin)
  • An English muffin
  • Bacon bits
  • Cheese (I’m being really vague here because let’s face it; if you can’t even choose what kind of cheese you want in your muffin then what has this country come to?)

 
The great thing about these ingredients is that they are always available at Val. Pick your eggs, cheese and bacon.  Stuff them inside an English muffin (I like to toast mine first).  Once that’s done, I suggest toasting it again using the Panini maker so that everything stays wrapped up nice and clean. Enjoy!
