Pitt Girl Probz

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Pitt chapter.

Dearest Readers,

Well hello there. Let me introduce myself. I am a PITT student – just like you.

I too trek through the rain, snow, sleet and hail to attend classes in the Cathedral of Learning. Despite my pleas to never return, I eat in Market Central. I root for PITT sports, and even attend some games – even if they turn out to be a disgrace to the school. I share in claiming the best calf muscles in the state of Pennsylvania as a result of climbing up and down the gigantic hill that we call our campus. I thrive on Dunkin Donuts, Panera, Fuel & Fuddle, O Fries, and Razzy Fresh (though this new Noodle place is giving Panera a run for it’s money). I then attempt to snag an elliptical in one of our not-so-glorious fitness centers to work off said food. I wander around North and South Oakland on any given weekend night – joining in the parade of students celebrating the end of another painful and exhausting, I mean, fulfilling and enriching, week of classes. I dabble in my fair share of clubs and activities, and attempt to make the most of this whole “college experience”. But like you, I know that there are some things about this place that really – well to put it bluntly – are just plain weird/completely mystifying/totally enraging. That is where I come in. Here I will share in your PITT Girl woes – helping us all to feel a bit better about this place we call home.

So buckle up loves, and welcome to PITT GIRL PROBZ.

You know you love me,

Xoxo,
PITT GIRL PROBZ
