Sexy And Sweet Valentine’s Day Looks From Rent The Runway

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Mizzou chapter.

Can’t seem to find the perfect dress for Valentine’s Day? Whether you want to get dolled-up to go to dinner and a movie with your best friends or look sassy for a night out with your date, Rent the Runway has the best dresses for you. We found eight different dresses, some sexy and some sweet, to help you decide which one to order for your special night. Check out Facebook and Twitter (@RTRMizzou) for all the up-to-date news on Rent the Runway.

Round One: Reds
Sexy: Try a dark jewel tone, like this ruby red. Pair it with light or nude accessories to make the color really pop.
Sweet: Go for a loose-fitting dress in a brighter shade to show your playful side. The cut-out shoulders are fashion-forward. Try a gold shoe to add some sparkle.

Round Two: Pinks
Sexy: This light pink body-hugging dress is perfect to show off your legs. Put it with your favorite pumps and silver accessories, and you’re sure to shine.
Sweet: Can it get any sweeter than candy pink? Lace is the easiest way to achieve a classy appearance. If you want to tone down the bright pink for an evening dinner, try black accessories. The dress will look even better with a cute up-do.

Round Three: Cap-Sleeved
Sexy: You don’t want to fall into the shadows with this black patterned dress, so pair it with a bright clutch to catch your date’s attention. The cap sleeve will show off those beautiful arms you have been working on as your New Year’s resolution.
Sweet: You will look sweet as a rose in this cream-colored dress by adding a touch of blush and a smoky eye. Don’t forget to paint your nails a pink or red to help accentuate the rosettes.

Round Four: Classics
Sexy: This dress shows the perfect amount of cleavage without being overdone. And isn’t that part of the fun of Valentine’s Day? Add a red lip and some gold jewelry if you really want to make your man smile.
Sweet: This ruffled dress would look perfect with larger earrings. Save the necklace for another time and let this neckline speak for itself. Add some bangles to complete the outfit.
