Midterms are finally here. It’s time to cram every little piece of information from the first half of the quarter into your head and hope it stays. The high amount of stress can make any girl want to reach for the biggest candy bar she can find. Here is a list of healthy snacks that will satisfy your stress-induced cravings.

Trail Mix
Trail mix is the perfect snack to satisfy both sweet and salty cravings. The chocolate tastes amazing, and the mixed nuts provide energy. Also, you can take a quick trip to Kroger and custom design your mix. Apple and

Peanut Butter/ Nutella and an Apple
Everybody knows the saying: an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Pair it with peanut butter or Nutella and you’ll be full for hours. Add a Ritz Cracker to have an explosion of flavor in your mouth.

A Handful of Almonds
Almonds are salty, making them a great alternative to potato chips. They also have that satisfying crunch.

Dark Chocolate
Everybody craves chocolate once and a while. It’s the ultimate dessert and sweet-tooth satisfier. Dark chocolate has a myriad of health benefits, including a dose of antioxidants, which make it the perfect snack.

Oatmeal sticks to your ribs. It’s another filling snack that comes in a ton of different flavors. One packet of oatmeal is low in calories.
