Arm circuit: (do each exercise for 20 seconds and repeat 4x with a rest for 30 seconds in between each set)

Renegade rows
Plank up downs
Body weight dips
Cool down
Day 2
25-30 minute cardio of your choice
Day 3
Jump Rope 30x
30 crunches
Jump Rope 30x
Plank
10 burpees
30 bicycles
10 burpees
30 toe touches
15 second side plank on each side
30 jumping jacks
30 Russian twists
30 jumping jacks
20 windshield wipers
Cool down/stretch
Day 4
Cardio of your choice
Day 5
5 pushups
Spiderman crawl for 20 feet (YouTube has a video if you don’t know how to do this!)

3 sets of 40 second hip bridge
