Michigan native and University of Michigan senior (majoring in Art and Design) Kellyann Wargo started her “Walk of Shame Shuttle” service, which she runs completely on her own, acting as driver (she is “Faster than a taxi because I speed (and I don’t judge).”), manager and friendly, non-judgmental transport buddy.Â
Wargo told Jalopnik, that the idea came to her after a friend, “offered to start paying me [to pick her up] and that was the ah-ha moment, how I could pick other girls up to and charge them…then just put it towards bar tabs.” Sounds like the circle of college life.
When asked why her service is important she explained that, “if you’re in a heated comfortable cart blasting Adele you can focus on piecing together your night, instead of pulling up your dragging men’s pajamas and avoiding eye contact with the many cars honking ruthlessly at you.”
