Zonies (also known as The Calzone King) is a notorious spot for a late night fix for food on Buffalo State’s campus. If a person miss the dining hall hours and they are hungry because they have the muchies (we are not going to ask you what lead to you having the munchies ;) ) Zonies is there to help you out! Zonies hours of operation is from 4PM to 5AM (yes we said AM) and you dont have the number programmed into your phone, which by your sophmore year everyone does, its 716 8369664. If they come in 45 minutes or less you are a very lucky person.

Panos is the closest thing Buffalo State students have to a fancy inexpensive meal for those freshman who want to have their first date with each other or to like in the above picture when your parents come to visit and you want to show them that there is a semi good side to Buffalo.

On Saturday and Sunday, the dining hall aka Residential dining, its kind of hard to get breakfast, especially if you been out partying all night and wake up at 1 in the afternoon like the rest of campus does and try to get breakfast in there. Trust us your better off eating that left over half of your Zonie from the night before :)

Naive little Freshman…. Nothing needed to be explained here. When Buffalo gets snow it gets snow and that little Aeropostale jacket won’t hold up to to the weather. Invest in a North Face coat. You will be grateful.

Every student loves Begal Bucks! You get $75 on your Buffalo State student ID (unless your an RA) and you get to spend it like it was real cash (Currently the news around campus is that you can use it down Elmwood Avenue at Panos, Zonies etc) They go a long way unless you spent all of it on that brand new Buffalo State hoodie in the bookstore.

Truthfully any night on Buffalo State’s campus is wing night. Thursday night tends to be the biggest day when it comes to calling LaNova Pizza, Just Pizza or Mister Pizza for their wing specials.

BSC 101: where to start in talking about BSC 101? The class that is mandatory for every Buffalo State student to take (unless you are a transfer student with more than 60 credits: Lucky transfer students.) Well it really all depends on who you get as your BSC teacher. But then you might not be so lucky. Some students see no point to this class and currently the school is in the talks of removing it all together as a grauate requirement (Lucky incoming freshman students)

Downtown Buffalo is know for its great party scene. If you haven’t been to downtown Buffalo to party, then your not a real Bufalo State College student and haven’t experienced Buffalo!

This goes to show you that a lot of students forget that they rented text boos from the Barnes and Noble bookstore. I hope you guys remember, you don’t want to be charged full price for a book that you will never use again and you only opened maybe twice.

AHHHH Nickel City club. Everyone that goes to Buffstate has either step foot in there or heard about it. You pay Five bucks to get in (unless the bouncer is just having a bad day and wants to charge $10 and all you have on you is five bucks) It’s for anybody that doesnt want to do the far traveling for a night out. But it gets to become a redundant and painful experience if you go every weekend.
