The Hunger Games is finally upon us, and after months of waiting I honestly can’t wait any longer. Tomorrow night, at 12:01 AM EST Hunger Games will be released in theaters and I will be there, a basket case of emotions. I had a tutorial planned out for you guys: black shadow smudged on the upper lashline with clear glitter on top; on the lower lashline a shadow transition from red to orange to yellow to represent fire; on the waterline black kohl liner. Basically Katniss on fire in makeup form… but my camera has disappeared so I decided to post some Hunger Games tutorials, premiere looks and other makeup/hair related to the movie that I love.

Pixi2woo is by far one of my favorite Youtube beauty gurus. Her looks are always amazing and look so beautiful. She can recreate almost any look, and one of my favorites has to be her take on Jennifer Lawrence’s makeup for the Hunger Games LA Premiere.

She isn’t exactly Hunger Games related (indirectly through her boyfriend who plays Gale), but Miley Cyrus looked amazing at the Hunger Games LA Premiere. While a lot of you may not love her outfit, she was positively glowing.

Apply a bronze shade to your lid and champagne on the crease bone. Smudge black shadow on your upper lashline, lower lashline and into your outer corner. Next line your upper lashline and wing out. Finish off with lots of mascara, highlighter on the cheekbones, and a pinky peach on the lips.

So I love love love Jennifer Lawrence and she has managed to look unbelievable at every HG-related event she has attended. Her hair during her appearance on the David Letterman show deserves its own post.

Here’s a fun link from inStyle that explains how the makeup artist for HG achieved different looks in the movie!

Last, but not least, xSparkage, a YouTube beauty guru known for her crazy, artistic, and colorful looks, did a series in which she did makeup based off of every district. Some are more wild than others, but they definitely can be toned down for everyday wear.

Good luck with any looks you decided to try! (and because I had to…)
