After a two-week hiatus, Campus Cutie is back! This week, Geoff Taylor, a junior Architectural Studies major was nominated. Known for his “cool good looks and hilarious and fun personality” Geoff makes his presence known at Conn through his involvement on SAC and SGA. I caught up with this Campus Cutie to find out more.
Major: Architectural Studies
Hometown:Groton Bank, CT
Dorm/Apt: Morrison
Relationship Status:Single, but I like someone special and I’m not looking for anyone else.
If you could have one superpower, what would that be?
The power to apparate and disapparate
Who is your idol and why?
Dumbledore because of his incredible power, infinite wisdom & wizard swag.
Â
What is your dream vacation?
A vacation where I am allowed to bring my 10 closest friends and travel the world without an itinerary and credit cards without limits….and someone wealthy to pay the bills.
       Â
Most embarrassing moment?
It’s a tie between the time I passed out on a cactus in North Carolina and the time visited my best friend at Vassar and fell asleep at a party, next to a DJ at 10pm. I’m mildly narcoleptic, which makes for a variety of awkward situations in my life.
Â
If you were stranded on a desert island, what are the 3 items you couldn’t live without?
An iPod with Belle and Sebastian’s “If She Wants Me” loaded on it because it always puts me in a good mood, Ladurée pistachio macaroons because they’re deliciously classy, and a bottle of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Whiskey because it would make being stranded pretty exciting.
Â
If you won a million dollars how would you spend it?
Apartment shopping in Manhattan.
Â
How are you involved on campus?
I’m the Chair of SAC (insert ball joke here), serve on SGA, and I frequently crash parties.
Â
How do you feel about being this week’s Campus Cutie?
I’m not upset about it.
Â
Describe Conn in one word.
         Scrumtrelessant.
