I am convinced that good fashion sense starts from the inside out. What’s underneath your clothes can have as much of an impact on your style as what’s on the outside. When you have those sexy undergarments on, it’s your little secret, boosting your confidence throughout the day and impacting the way you carry yourself. Well, what happens when you have someone to show that sexy underwear to? The game changes, and if you’re anything like me, you always want to know what to wear for the occasion.
I took the liberty of asking guys what they like to see on their ladies, and here are the top answers:
1. Thongs:
Unsurprisingly, thongs took the lead in this survey. Boys seem to always like as little as possible covering up their ladies, and a thong is a nice preview of what you’ll look like naked, without revealing it all. Not to mention, guys like anything that accentuates your booty, and thongs definitely put it on display.
2. Boyshorts:
If you’re a girl who likes a little more coverage, boyshorts are the way to go. Guys like these because they add an element of suspense while still being skin tight and seductive. Boyshorts leave a lot to the imagination until the final moment, driving your man crazy with anticipation.
3. Nothing
Let’s face it; boys love to see us naked. No surprises there. Although freeballing it all the time is a little impractical (not to mention uncomfortable), slipping your underwear off just before you go into the bedroom can make for one sexy surprise.
Although these were the top answers amongst the guys I asked, a lot of them had more to add, so here are some more tips before you head off to the store:
Don’t underestimate the power of fabric. A lot of boys mentioned how much they like lace in both boyshorts and thongs; it can add an easy touch of sexy sophistication.
A popular mention was that underwear has to match the girl. Use your own fashion sense and personality while shopping for your skivvy’s. If you come off as a sexy bad girl, black or red can be perfect. If you’re more of a girl-next-door type, swing for pinks and other bright colors. Play up your personality to the max; you’re allowed to be a ham in the bedroom.
