Singer-songwriter Bryce Avary of The Rocket Summer is set to release his new album Life Will Write The Words on June 5. Luckily for you PureVolume is premiering the album a day early! So get your butts over to the website where you can stream all of the songs here.

So, what makes Avary stand out above the rest of artists that we love? First of all, have you seen him? Avary is not only an attractive guy, but is also completely humble. Not toot his own horn, but he plays all of the instruments that you hear on the album (also including all of his previous albums). Drums, guitar, vocals and even new instruments like a mandolin, a banjo, some trashcans and a typewriter are among the list of what you’ll hear.

The album was produced on Avary’s own record label, Aviate Records, and is his fifth full-length studio album.

“I really wanted to push myself musically and lyrically with this album, searching to pull out the stories within and around me,” explains Avary. “I like to write songs that are an honest reflection of what’s going on in my life and in my mind while I observe and attempt to learn more about myself and this beautiful, intense world we live in” (Wikipedia).

The Rocket Summer will always hold a special place in my heart and there’s no doubt he’ll take a place in yours when you listen to his new album. Check out the tracklist below and buy the CD in stores on June 5.
